Turbocharger Overboost Condition
Boost pressure exceeded the commanded target. On a variable-geometry turbo this is often stuck-closed vanes; the computer may derate to protect the engine.
Take this seriously. It can trigger a power derate or lead to damage if you keep driving — get it diagnosed promptly.
